We started manufacturing activities since 1974 with view to develop only quality products as per international standards, specially to make availability of fast moving engine parts for INDIAN / Export market.

Our valued customers include Refineries, Fertilizer, Railway, Textile, Jute and Cement industries which are regularly purchasing parts for Imported engine. We have achieved quality of international standards with required specification. The parts supplied to the actual users in India have been tested and found the performance satisfactory as per the original imported standards during  last twenty years.

We manufacture the parts like Liner, Piston, Piston Rings, Cylinder Head, Bearing, Valve Block Valve Seat etc.. All the parts manufactured are checked for material analysis, microstructure, hardness as well as tensile strength which are maintained as per original specification. All the parts carry guarantee for one year, free replacement given if found defective in material.

Liner : Centrifugal casted with alloying elements as per international standard, heat treated, hardness 200/240 brinell, refined microstructure. Nitride linear are also available. Liner with hard chrome bore can be supplied.

Cylinder Head : Grey Iron gravity Casted with alloying element as per international standard heat treated, hardness 200/240 brinell refined microstructure.

Piston : Grey gravity casted with alloying element as per international standard, heat treated, hardness 200/240 brinell, refined microstructure aluminum & SG iron piston are manufactured.

Piston Ring : Grey Cast Iron / S.G. Iron with alloying element as per international standard.Individual / Drum casted, Heat treated, tested for hardness and microstructure, tangential load, Surface finish are maintained as per specification.

GUDGEON PIN : STEEL EN - 24 & EN 36 FORGED WITH UNIFIED STORM STRUCTURE. HARDNESS 55 - 62 HRC GRINDED / LAPPED.

VALVE GUIDE : GREY IRON CASTED WITH HEAT TREATMENT AS PER REQUIRED SPECIFICATION HARDNESS 200/240 BRINELL.

VALVE INLET & EXHAUST : MADE OF EN 52 & 51 STEEL HEAT TREATED AS PER THE SPECIFICATION. TIP TOP AND SEAT ANGLE STILTED CAN BE SUPPLIED.

VALVE SEAT RING : MADE OF S.S. AND GREY IRON CASTED AS PER SPECIFICATION.

We are trying to develop the engine parts for INDIAN defense. We are going for ISO 9002 CERTIFICATE in due course of time.
